Additional Rendering w/ Material Changes
Whether you need to swap exterior materials or update interior finishes, this service allows for seamless visual changes without the need for a complete redesign. This service only applies if we have already rendered the primary structure and elevation, but materials such as brick, siding, or roof textures (exterior) or floors, countertops, color scheme (interior) need to be changed. This only involves altering textures and finishes rather than structural components.
Additional Elevation Rendering
If you need to showcase different perspectives or architectural modifications to the exterior of a project we’ve already rendered, we seamlessly integrate these updates into your existing rendering without the need for a complete redesign. This assumes that we’ve already created the main 3D elevation model, and now only specific exterior elements need to be updated, such as rooflines, window placements, extended porch or other architectural features.

We'll re-size the video to fit each platform and make sure that it fits into the maximum time limit allowed for each. We'll even add a voiceover and captions to make it extra buzzworthy!
